46143 (onsite for training then rotates to hybrid WFH Fridays)
Duration: 6-12 month contract (will extend or be converted) Pay
Rate: $23/hr Desired Skills & Experience: 2 years of experience in
a fast paced, corporate environment Experience with procurement OR
fulfillment (auto manufacturing industry experience highly
preferred) Strong computer skills – comfortable with Ms Excel
Ability to work independently with a strong attention to detail
Plusses: B2B Accounts Receivable Experience Experience working with
suppliers, customers, and internal/external sales teams ERP or WMS
software experience (JD Edwards Day to Day: An employer is looking
for an Order Management Specialist for an opportunity in the
greater Indianapolis area. This specialist will be responsible for
assisting the Sales Team/Account Representatives with data entry,
placing sales orders, and working closely with management and the
sales department to catch up on backlogs. The ideal candidate will
have experience working within Excel and the ability to work with a
high sense of urgency and attention to detail. They will be
training onsite for the first 1-2 weeks with potential to work
hybrid afterwards and has a set hourly compensation of $23/hr.
