Job Description:
Marriott International, a globally leading lodging company with
premium services in over 8,000 properties across 139 countries,
seeks a diligent Night Auditor to join our vibrant team. This role
is pivotal in maintaining the financial accuracy and customer
service quality overnight at our locations. The Night Auditor will
be tasked with balancing accounts from the day’s operations,
handling guest check-ins and check-outs during night hours, and
resolving any issues to ensure a seamless guest experience. This
position provides an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic,
fast-paced environment where you can develop exceptional skills in
finance and customer service. Review, balance, and post electronic
charges for all services rendered during the day using property
management software. Audit financial data and transactions for
accuracy, adjusting records as needed. Manage front desk operations
during the night, including guest check-ins and check-outs, and
resolving guest issues to ensure satisfaction. Prepare and
distribute daily financial reports to hotel management. Assist in
preparing the hotel’s daily financial snapshot or reports. Maintain
a secure environment for all guests and staff throughout the night.
Communicate any inconsistencies in financial or guest data to
appropriate management. Proficiency in property management systems,
e.g., Opera, Marsha. Strong understanding of accounting and
financial principles. High level of attention to detail and
accuracy. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability
to handle customer service issues effectively. Multitasking and
time management capabilities. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance

Industry Analytics (CHIA) is an advantage. Any relevant accounting
certifications.
