us! Job Description: This job is responsible for supporting
accurate and complete financial reporting for specific legal
entities and consolidating results. Key responsibilities include
facilitating month-end close, posting and reviewing journal
entries, monitoring and resolving out-of-balance intercompany
receivables/payables, reviewing the trial balance to address
anomalies, and preparing and reviewing internal/external reporting
with commentaries. Job expectations include planning and preparing
for each monthly close cycle and timely executing all required
tasks while maintaining a strong control environment. This role
resides within the CFO – Global Financial Controls Group and will
support all day-to-day activities in regards to enterprise-wide Reg
W Reporting and Monitoring. We are seeking a highly motivated
individual for this position seeking to expand their knowledge and
expertise. This role will have the opportunity to work with Finance
and LOB teams across the enterprise and strengthen our ongoing Reg
W monitoring and reporting programs. Deliverables include quarterly
reporting of the FR Y-8 to the FRB of enterprise Reg W capacity,
quarterly reporting to the Board of Directors regarding Bank
purchases of affiliate underwritten securities, and monthly
reporting of the enterprise Affiliate List. The role will work with
technology partners on maintenance and enhancements to the Reg W
23A database and Affiliate list Portal and will partner with Reg W
operating leads from the major lines of business. Other
responsibilities include, but will not be limited to, the
remediation of audit issues, the development and testing of Reg W
23A Database enhancements and the execution and identification of
process improvement initiatives as well as Reg W governance and
Policy. Strong analytical skills with a good ability to communicate
crisply about complex topics is important. This position is
responsible for performing and/or overseeing a team responsible for
reporting, analysis, interpretation, and documentation of Reg W
reporting and monitoring activities across the enterprise.
Responsibilities: Completes and reviews month-end close activities
Executes internal control activities Prepares and reviews schedules
for internal and/or external reporting Participates in process
improvement initiatives Additional Responsibilities: Accurate and
timely execution of enterprise quarterly FRY-8 report to the
Federal Reserve Accurate and timely reporting to Board of Directors
regarding bank purchases of affiliate underwritten securities
Daily, monthly, and quarterly analysis of Reg W activity including
capacity and collateral Quarterly Reg W stakeholder deck reviewing
all significant activity during the quarter Monthly Affiliate List
reporting Ensuring Regulatory compliance for Reg W 23B, arm’s
length requirement Manage Reg W 23A Database with Technology
partners and stakeholders Assist in the remediation of outstanding
audit issues Manage and support various enterprise-wide issues and

: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance Bank regulatory
reporting experience Have a minimum of 10 years of
Finance/accounting with a large corporation Ability to work in a
team environment Ability to partner across the organization to
achieve goals Advanced Microsoft Office skills (i.e. Excel,
PowerPoint) Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong
analytical skills and attention to detail Good presentation skills
