Operations Manager - Independent Financial Planning FirmCome join us as we grow in a changing industry! We are looking for an energetic multitasker to assist three Financial Advisors by handling day to day office management tasks, communications with other offices and with clients, and keeping us compliant with current regulations.You will:Manage relationships with clients. This includes scheduling appointments and reminders.Keep our office compliant with current regulations. You'll find yourself working with back office personnel to make sure we're always operating according to best practices.Keep us up to date with new technology offered through our back office. As new technology is made available you will attend training to make sure we're always as efficient as possible.Complete clerical duties with both paper and electronic files.Provide support for clients learning to use our client portal. You'll get to give tours of virtual spaces so that clients can find their electronic statements and see how their accounts are performing.Qualifications include:Basic computer skills. (Use Office Suite, type, Zoom)A friendly, patient, and detail-oriented disposition.Willingness to learn.Familiarity with multiple operating systems is a plus, as is higher education.Benefits include health insurance and retirement plan with employer match.
