Job Description Job Description PEST CONTROL TECHNICIAN – EXTERMINATOR Charlette, NC $22.63/hr base ? paid weekly via direct deposit Real Profit-Sharing Incentive Program – paid monthly based on your production (once you’re a Certified Applicator) Monthly bonuses for every new account you sell (we don’t have dedicated salespeople – you eat what you kill) What We Offer Health Insurance contribution Dental Insurance 401(k) Paid Time Off All training & licensing paid 100% by us (we’ll get you Certified in NC – at our expense) What You’ll Do General pest & termite services for residential and commercial customers Solve problems, communicate clearly, and make customers actually happy to see you Use iPhone/iPad Crawl under houses, climb attics, and not freak out when a roach runs across your boot What You Need Valid NC driver’s license with a decent record (we’ll pull your MVR) High school diploma/GED Not afraid of bugs (seriously – we’ll ask) Construction experience is a plus if you’ve never done pest control Experience?
