Job Description Job Description R. Joe Harris & Associates, Inc., is seeking a motivated Rodman to join our dynamic survey team. This role is great for someone eager to learn, grow, and gain hands-on experience in land surveying while contributing to meaningful projects. What You'll Do Assist with field surveys using modern surveying equipment and technology. Set up and operate survey instruments under the guidance of licensed surveyors. Collect and record accurate measurements and data points. Ensure survey operations are conducted safely and efficiently. Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and meet deadlines. What We're Looking For Enthusiasm to learn and strong work ethic. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Basic knowledge of surveying principles and equipment preferred but not required. Willingness to grow and develop within the field of land surveying.
