following job description: Lead a group of Associate Operations
Managers, Operations Team Leaders and Operations Partners
supporting multiple regions and lines of businesses. The team is
responsible for delivering high quality, productive and efficient
results with significant emphasis on operational execution and
exceptional client experiences through effective partnerships with
Region Leaders and their teams. Following is a summary of the
essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed,
both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific
activities may change from time to time. 1. Provide leadership and
management of the Operations team in support of multiple regions
and in some cases multiple state footprint. 2. Execution and
oversight of established operations routines and cadences focused
on mitigating risk in our business execution. 3. Consult and
partner with Regional Leadership to manage the execution of
identified opportunities in daily branch operations and the overall
execution of branch strategies while mitigating risk and driving
business growth. Accountable for direct performance of assigned
regions 4. Regional Senior Level Manager with complex and high
dollar transaction authority; decisions high risk transactions
considering risk, client experience, and value to the bank. 5.
Escalation point for complex client experience issues, client error
resolution, and client disputes and problem management at the
region level. Ensuring resolution in a high-quality and timely
manner. 6. First point of escalation for Security and Incident
response; liaison between the RCB and other lines of business
including Corporate Support Partners to ensure the safety and
security of teammates as well as managing coordination of
information. 7. Understand current and proposed policies and
procedures to partner with RCB teammates to drive delivery and
effective execution. 8. Primary point of contact within RCB for
assigned regions to partner with branch network and facilities to
manage and oversee execution of the timely completion of new
constructions, renovations, or closings of facilities. 9.
Responsible for leading projects in their assigned regions and
ensuring the effective implementation with other lines of
businesses and key partners such as Compliance, Technology, and/or
Fraud. QUALIFICATIONS Required Qualifications: The requirements
listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or

1. Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent
combination of education and work related experience (10 years of
experience in Branch Banking related business. Experience with
Banking Operations or Sales and Service experience required.) 2. 5
years of roles with increasing levels of supervisory experience
with direct and in-direct management 3. Strong interpersonal,
verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to
successfully interact with and influence senior leaders and
teammates 4. Strong understanding and ability to apply branch
operations, procedures, policy, and processes. 5. High-level
analytical, planning, problem-solving and negotiation skills 6.
Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as
Microsoft Office software products Preferred Qualifications: 7. 10
years of experience in financial industry, preferably in Operations
