Job Description:
Evermark LLC, a leader in innovative marking and labeling
solutions for the lumber, packaging, and materials handling
industries, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrical
Technician to join our Engineering & Maintenance team. This role is
pivotal in maintaining the operational effectiveness of our
manufacturing equipment and systems. The ideal candidate will have
a strong background in electrical repair, troubleshooting, and a
keen understanding of modern manufacturing technologies. Conduct
routine and emergency maintenance and repairs on all electrical
equipment. Install and calibrate electrical systems and machinery
to match specifications. Analyze and troubleshoot electrical
malfunctions, using various testing devices and strategies to
address complex issues. Ensure all installations and maintenance
operations comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
Work closely with other engineering staff to develop and implement
system improvements and projects. Maintain detailed records of
maintenance activities and system performance reports. Provide
training and guidance to junior technicians and other staff
members. Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical
schematics and blueprints. Experienced with PLC programming and
troubleshooting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a
team. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Certified Electrician (state-specific licensing may be required).
PLC programming certification preferred.
