Job Description:
Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and industrial
solutions, is seeking a dedicated and skilled C&C Product
Technician to join their team. As a C&C Product Technician, you
will be an integral part of the production support team, ensuring
the efficient operation and maintenance of injection molding
machinery and auxiliary equipment. The ideal candidate will
demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and
a proactive approach to safety and quality assurance, which will
align successfully in the organization. Job Title: C&C Product
Technician Location: West Union, SC Pay Range:$22 Shift: 7p to 7a
What's the Job? Operate and perform maintenance on computerized and
manual injection molding machines and supporting auxiliary
equipment. Read and record process settings using digital and
manual gauges, making adjustments to meet part specifications.
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, implementing
corrective actions to minimize downtime. Perform manual mold
changes, insert changes, cam changes, and color changes according
to Bill of Material (BOM). Conduct weekly preventative maintenance
on work cell components and keep work areas clean following 5S
procedures. What's Needed? Ability to read process settings and
make precise adjustments on equipment. Strong troubleshooting
skills for mechanical and electrical issues. Willingness to perform
manual tasks such as mold and color changes. Adherence to safety
protocols and procedures. Basic understanding of industrial
