Job Description Job Description Electrical Hardware Engineer PCB Design Engineer Position Overview We are seeking a skilled PCB Design Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing printed circuit boards (PCBs) that meet performance and reliability standards. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development from concept to production. Key Responsibilities Design and develop PCB layouts using industry-standard tools such as Altium Designer and ORCAD. Perform schematic capture and circuit design to create efficient and reliable electronic designs. Conduct signal integrity analysis and simulations to validate design performance. Implement design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for testability (DFT) principles in all PCB designs. Provide manufacturing support and documentation throughout the production process. Conduct compliance testing to ensure PCBs meet regulatory standards and specifications. Collaborate with hardware engineers and other stakeholders to resolve design issues and improve product performance. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in PCB design technologies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Proven experience in PCB design and layout, preferably 3 years. Proficiency in PCB design tools such as Altium Designer and ORCAD. Strong understanding of electronics principles and circuit design. Experience with signal integrity analysis and simulation techniques. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and compliance testing requirements. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
