Responsibilities As an HVAC Installer , you will: Install HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, and ventilation systems for residential and light commercial properties. Work alongside a team of installers to ensure high-quality workmanship and efficiency. Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes. Communicate effectively with customers to explain the installation process, timelines, and system operations. Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project status. What We're Looking For 1-2 years of experience in residential HVAC installation Expertise in installing and troubleshooting a variety of HVAC systems. Strong understanding of HVAC safety protocols and building codes. EPA certification (Universal preferred). Familiarity with Trane, Generac, and Mitsubishi systems is highly desirable. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
