Job Description Job Description Experienced Mechanic Technician Full-Time – Great Temp to Hire Opportunity! Monday – Friday: 08:00 AM – 04:00 PM Pay Rate: $25.00 - $30:00/hour (BOE) Get paid every Friday! Responsibilities · Direct and oversee all maintenance operations (preventive, corrective, and emergency) to ensure uninterrupted production across 3 shifts. · Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs and schedules for machinery and facility equipment. · Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems as needed. · Coordinate installation, upgrades, and commissioning of new production equipment. · Manage vendor relationships, including external service contractors, quoting, and purchasing of maintenance materials and spare parts. · Maintain accurate maintenance records, equipment logs, and inventory levels for supplies and repair parts. · Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and support a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement. · Support departmental KPIs by driving improvement initiatives and monitoring equipment performance. · Provide on-call support for occasional 2nd and 3rd shift production emergencies. · Mentor and support the development of maintenance team capabilities. Qualifications: · 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment · Strong electrical knowledge including installation and troubleshooting of 240V–480V / 3-phase systems · Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints · Hands-on troubleshooting experience with mechanical and electrical systems on production equipment · Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar) · Ability to organize, prioritize, and work both independently and collaboratively · Interest in developing leadership capabilities and growing into supervisory responsibilities Text MTM to (704) 556-1770to schedule an interview with Laura.
