Work closely with all functional groups to develop and implement
robust, capable and cost-effective manufacturing and assembly
processes and its related documentation for use throughout the
manufacturing facility. Promote and usage of company
standardization and continuous improvements techniques.
Maintain and improve existing processes and equipment.
Actively looks and implements continuous improvement activities to
existing production equipment.
Provide trouble shooting support to existing processes and

technical groups (i.e., maintenance technicians)
Proficient at PLC programming and troubleshooting.
Capable to select and integrate vision systems, robotic systems and
other automation devices to existing production equipment.
- Supports process cost estimates and capital investment
requirements to support financial decisions required to evaluate
new business opportunities.
Supports product manufacturability analysis to ensure an efficient,
robust, capable and cost-effective manufacturing method which meets

Essential Skills and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED
Proficient computer skills with Microsoft and CAD software
Capable of making sound decisions in a timely manner
Excellent communications capabilities with both verbal and written
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in related field plus 3-year minimum experience
in related field or equivalent
Knowledge of machining process, CNC programming, cutting tools
selection, assembly and robotic process
3-year minimum experience of Core Tools application (PFMEA, APQP,
Welding process, either Arc Welding (TIG/MIG) or Resistance Welding
desirable Laser Welding)
Vision systems integration, programming and trouble shooting
Load cell set up and trouble shooting
Lean Manufacturing knowledge (6 sigma, 5S, TPM, SMED, Pull
