We work with customers to find options that are beneficial for their specific needs, which is why we are recognized as the community's consumer finance company of choice!Mariner Finance was named in the 2015 "Best Places to Work" survey, a 2016 LearningElite Winner and a 2018 Training Top 125 Winner.*In This Role, You Will---** Be fast tracked through a 14- month program that will teach you how to become a successful leader in the consumer finance industry* Interact with customers seeking solutions to their financing needs through results-driven strategies and a professional demeanor* Drive the sale of company products and services through engaging inside sales calls to increase customer base* Manage the retention and maintenance of existing accounts* Develop action plans for delinquent loan accounts utilizing tactics that require customer contact, negotiation techniques, and an understanding of refinancing and payment collections* Become a representative of Mariner Finance and develop business through networking and community engagement*Qualifications**Required** Bachelor's Degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, Management, Finance, Marketing, Communications, or a related field with a minimum GPA of 3.0o Military rank of E5, W1, or O1 and above accepted in lieu of Bachelor's Degree* Willingness to relocate and have the availability to travel to surrounding branches when needed.* Outstanding interpersonal, problem solving, leadership, and organizational skills.***Preferred** Previous customer service experience* Previous internship or work experience in the Consumer Lending or Financial Services industry*Physical Demands -*While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to drive; sit; use hands to handle; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift or move up to 20 pounds.
