Position Details:

Position: ATM Assistant Lab Manager

Location: Charlotte

Pay Range: $65 - $70/hr.

Duration: 12-18 Months (Possibility of Full-Time Conversion)

Day to Day:

Prepare Physical ATM hardware for test:

Ensure all devices are operational and in good working condition before the test
Configure physical devices to support different test scenarios
Diagnose and resolve basic hardware issues (faults/jams)
Diagnose networking/connectivity issues
Coordinate complicated repairs with on-site technicians



Install and Configure Software:

Install software on Physical ATMS using USB sticks and remote distribution tools (SCCM)
Install software on Virtual Machines
Initiate scripted software installs to virtual machines
Review software installations for success/failure and remediate failures
Install software on Physical ATMS using remote distribution tools (SCCM)

Must-Haves:

ATM hardware technician experience
Software distribution (SCCM)
Networking Skills
Experience interacting with large numbers of virtual machines (vCenter/vSphere/ESX)
