BAYADA is hiring a compassionate RN to provide skilled nursing visits, assessments, and admissions to adult and geriatric patients in a home setting.     • Provide nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in a home setting
    • Follow individualized care plans developed in coordination with physicians
    • Administer medications, wound care, and treatments
    • Perform assessments, monitor conditions, and update care teams as needed
    • Use a user-friendly tablet to chart visits in real time
