Pay Information $2,706 per week About The Position Job Title: RN CVOR Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: CVOR Duration: 13 weeks Shift: DAYS Hours per Shift: 8 hours (645 AM - 315 PM) Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: Valid Registered Nurse License Certifications: Relevant certifications required Must-Have: - CABG on bypass - CABG off bypass - Mitral valve or aortic valve replacement - Bentall procedure - Management of pulmonary embolisms - Experience with balloon pump and Impella - Hybrid cases for TAVR - Lung cases including VATS/thoracotomy procedures, lobectomy, decortication, and wedgy biopsy - Flexibility to float to other rooms when needed Description: The RN CVOR will work in the surgical unit. This position requires the ability to handle a variety of cardiovascular surgical procedures. Candidates should be prepared to manage a heavy call schedule, which will include 1-2 shifts weekly from 3 PM to 7 AM and a full weekend call every 4th weekend from 3 PM Friday to 7 AM Monday. The unit consists of 12 operating rooms and a hybrid OR. The average number of cases per day ranges from 35 to 40.
