In addition to your base compensation, this position also offers: ·$20,000 Sign on Bonus with two-year commitment ·Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans, plus flexible-spending and health- savings accounts ·Competitive paid time off and extended illness bank package for full-time employees ·Income-protection programs, such as life, accident, critical-injury insurance, short- and long-term disability, and identity theft coverage ·Tuition reimbursement, loan assistance, and 401(k) matching ·Employee assistance program including mental, physical, and financial wellness ·Professional development and growth opportunities Department/Unit Summary 12 hour shifts ( mid shifts also available) 2 plus years experience needed for unit Self scheduling Every other weekend required No required color scrubs Essential Functions - Performs plan of care intervention, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, as well as other medical care treatment. - Documents patient care given. - Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate to care team, physician, patient, and family. - Assists patients with performing activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation. - Collaborates as needed across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral and spiritual/psychosocial support needs. - Evaluates learning needs of patient and/or family and provides patient/family education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances. - Works as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient. - Adherence to all core measure initiatives, patient safety goals, and NQF Safe Practices. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Education - Associate's degree required - Bachelor's degree preferred Qualifications and requirements Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school.
