Must-Have: - NIH - ACLS Description: The facility is licensed for
815 beds. Recognized as one of America's 50 Best Hospitals from
2020-2023. Identified among the top 1% of hospitals for providing
high clinical quality year over year. Achieved an A grade from a
national safety organization for patient protection and safer
healthcare practices. Earned the prestigious Magnet Designation,
distinguishing nursing excellence. Serves as a referral center for
Level II trauma, comprehensive stroke, and Level III neonatal
intensive care. Includes a pediatric emergency room with 30
pediatric subspecialists. Hosts the busiest robotic surgery program
in the Carolinas. Provides the only open-heart and interventional
cardiology services in the region. Achieved a three-star rating for
patient care and outcomes in thoracic surgery. Seeks motivated,
outgoing candidates for this opportunity. Must have neuro
experience preferred but not required. Standard med surge equipment
utilized on the unit. Documented patient ratios of 5:1 to 7:1 based
on shift. Dress code requires navy blue scrubs. Every other weekend
commitment is expected from staff. New staff reference book will be
provided at the start of the contract.
