Description: This is a home hospice position. The traveler shall
use their own car to drive from appointment to appointment. Mileage
shall be reimbursed at the Federal Rate. The position involves
assessing patients, managing pain, and providing education to
families. Candidates without the required skills will not be
considered for the role. Candidates with hospice experience and
home health experience will be prioritized. The best personality
fit is someone with experience as a case manager and who is
self-sufficient. Potential for backup call exists, but it is not
