Job Description Job Opportunity: Locum Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) in Greenville, SC Join a vibrant healthcare community at a leading hospital in beautiful Greenville, South Carolina. This locum position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a hospital-based setting, covering two main facilities and an outpatient surgery center. You will be an integral part of a dedicated anesthesia team, providing comprehensive services while enjoying the rich cultural and outdoor offerings of the city. Job Responsibilities: - Provide anesthesia care for general surgical cases, primarily in adult population. - Manage ventilation and anesthesia monitoring during procedures. - Participate in a collaborative care team environment. - Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the surgical process. - Document care accurately using the Epic EMR system. - Work a schedule of approximately 40 hours per week, with potential weekend coverage on a rotational basis. - Participate in necessary continuing education and training. Qualifications: - Board Certified by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA). - Active South Carolina nursing license. - Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS. - Previous experience in a hospital setting preferred. - Ability to handle a varied caseload, including general surgical cases. License and Certification Requirements: - Valid South Carolina nursing license - Required. - Board Certification (AANA) - Required. - BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications - Required.
