Registered Nurse (RN) | Labor & Delivery Location: Jefferson, NC Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $3,050 per week Shift Information: Nights - 4 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Description: Seeking an experienced RN for a small LDRP unit with autonomy in both maternal and newborn care. The unit handles lower overall birth volume (~100/year) but includes higher-acuity/high-risk cases. You’ll work independently, collaborating closely with a lean team, and must be comfortable floating to MedSurg or assisting with non-clinical tasks (CNA/secretary/helping hands) as needed. Requirements Requirements: Experience: Minimum 2 years in obstetrics/L&D (unit accepts first-time travelers) Certifications: ACLS, NRP, BCLS in hand Skills: Fetal heart monitoring expertise Strong autonomy/judgment in LDRP settings Willingness to float to MedSurg or other support roles as required Ratios: 1:1–1:2 Weekend: As determined by department needs EMR: Centricity, Meditech Magic experience preferred or ability to learn quickly Locals: Accepted (“local rate” applies) Scrubs: Navy Blue Benefits Medical & Health Insurance Benefits from first day for All Clinical and Patient-Facing Employees. • 401K Plan. • "Your Way is Paid" – we pay for ALL employment requirements, onboarding, physicals, titers, etc. • $300 - $600 REFERRAL BONUS
