Registered Nurse (RN), Tate Surgery PRN Schedule: M-F (7a-3p primarily) · Varies depending on case load · Expected to finish schedule and occasionally stay as support nurse for PACU · No Call. No Holidays. No Weekends. · Only in times such as inventory will hours be subject to change. How you will contribute A Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role: - Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs - Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions - Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient - Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record - Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient - Performs timely and accurate QI assessments Why join us We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
