Schedule Days/Mid Shift: 11A-11P, with rotating weekend hours every other week. Job Description Join a dynamic team in the Emergency Department, where we handle a diverse patient population, from birth to end of life. Deliver high-quality care in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your critical thinking and patient experience skills. Responsibilities Provide care for patients in the Emergency Department, managing a patient ratio of 1-4 to 1-5. Nurture strong patient relationships while delivering critical care in high-stress situations. Assist with various conditions, including strokes, STEMIs, and trauma cases. Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team for comprehensive patient care. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years of experience in an emergency department. Current certifications in ACLS, PALS or ENPC, and NIHSS are required. Excellent communication skills, both with patients and families. Ability to float to areas where competencies allow as needed.
