Job Description:
Agape Care Group is seeking a compassionate and dedicated
Pediatric Nurse to join our team dedicated to providing quality
care in hospice and palliative settings across the Southeast. In
this role, you will have the unique opportunity to make a
difference in the lives of children and families facing serious
illnesses, enhancing their comfort and quality of life during
critical times. As a Pediatric Nurse at Agape Care, you'll work
collaboratively with a skilled multidisciplinary team, upholding
our mission to deliver peace and dignity to our pediatric patients.
Provide specialized nursing care to pediatric patients in hospice
and palliative care settings. Assess patients' conditions and
implement appropriate nursing care plans. Administer medications
and treatments as prescribed and monitor reactions or side effects.
Record patients' symptoms and medical histories for use in ongoing
treatment planning. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to
facilitate integrated and comprehensive care. Educate and support
patients' families, offering guidance and reassurance during
difficult times. Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure the
continuity of care. Proficiency in pediatric nursing practices and
standards. Strong skills in patient assessment and care planning.
Capability to handle medical equipment and perform necessary
nursing procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills, especially empathetic communication with children and their
families. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment.
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification preferred.
