Schedule Night shift from 19:00 to 07:00, with guaranteed hours of 36 per week and rotating weekend hours every other weekend. Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team. The ideal candidate will possess strong critical care thinking skills and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, delivering exceptional patient care to a diverse population across all age groups. Responsibilities - Provide comprehensive nursing care in the Emergency Department. - Assess and prioritize patient conditions and needs. - Manage critical cases, including strokes, STEMIs, and trauma patients. - Utilize critical care equipment and electronic health records (Cerner) effectively. - Collaborate with healthcare team members for optimal patient outcomes. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure - Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Emergency Services. - Required certifications: ACLS, PALS or ENPC, and NIHSS. - Experience in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting preferred. - Ability to float to other areas as needed within competencies.
