ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Hickory, North Carolina. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: ED - Emergency Department - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/16/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule Night shift: 3x12 Hours (19:00 - 07:00), weekdays, with a minimum of every other weekend and holidays. There is an option to flex to 4x12 shifts if needed or available. Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in emergency nursing, including the ability to manage patients of all ages with various medical conditions. Responsibilities - Provide care to patients in the emergency department. - Assist in the triage of patients. - Manage dysrhythmias, administer blood products, and perform phlebotomy. - Start and maintain IVs and administer IV vasopressors. - Implement isolation precautions as needed. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure - Minimum 2 years of experience required; 3 years preferred. - Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS (all via AHA).
