Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Medical Surgical Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 07:00-19:00 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2 Years License: NC or Compact License Certifications: Basic Life Support Must-Have: - Cerner experience - IV competency Description: MUST HAVE CERNER EXPERIENCE. Total of 355 beds. Includes various specialized care centers and 32-bed emergency department. 18-bed medical surgical unit. Patient ratios of 1:6. Equipped with common medical devices such as IV pumps and feeding pumps. Utilizes Electronic Health Record system. Provides care for a diverse adult and geriatric patient population. Common diagnoses treated include COPD exacerbation, GI bleed, diabetic complications, and sepsis. Candidates should be team players and strong patient advocates. Charge experience is preferred but not required.
