It is a licensed facility with 815 beds. The facility has received multiple awards for patient safety and nursing excellence. The region’s referral center includes a Level II trauma center and comprehensive stroke center. It offers a Level III neonatal intensive care unit. The children’s hospital caters to pediatric emergencies and specialties. The facility hosts a busy robotic surgery program and offers advanced cardiology services. Candidates should be adaptable, outgoing, and friendly. Patient ratios on the unit are typically 1:1 or 1:2. The unit is equipped with advanced technology, including electronic fetal monitoring. Typical procedures include vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, and other related care. Candidates without the required skills will not be considered. It is important to have immediate newborn care experience. Floating to other specialized areas may be required upon approval.
