Health Registered Nurse – Western North Carolina Start Date:
January 8, 2026 Location: Transylvania County, North Carolina
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule:
Monday through Friday, days; 5-6 patient visits per day Highlights:
Provide compassionate home health care to patients in their own
homes throughout the community Manageable patient load of 5-6
visits per day with no weekend requirements Utilize HCHB
documentation system for streamlined charting and care coordination
Work within a dedicated branch serving approximately 100 patients
Professional Navy or Navy/White scrub uniform Join a team focused
on quality patient outcomes in a home-based setting Requirements:
Active RN license in North Carolina Prior home health nursing
experience required Hospice nursing experience strongly preferred
Reliable personal vehicle required for patient visits Strong
