Registered Nurse (RN), Medical-Surgical – Western North Carolina
Start Date: September 4, 2025 Location: Asheville, North Carolina
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule:
Day or Night shift available. Day shift: 7:00 AM start with 1
Charge RN, 6-7 RNs, 3 CNAs, and 1 Unit Secretary. Night shift: 7:00
PM start with 1 Charge RN, 5-7 RNs, 2 CNAs, and 1 Unit Secretary.
Patient ratios range from 1:4-6 (day shift) to 1:5-7 (night shift).
Every other weekend or 6 weekend shifts per pay period required.

leadership Typical procedures include IV therapy, tube feedings,

Requirements: Active RN license Basic Life Support (BLS)
certification required Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
certification preferred Telemetry rhythm interpretation skills
required Strong critical thinking and time management abilities
Ability to assess medical-surgical patients and escalate care
appropriately to Charge RN, management, Rapid Response, or provider
teams Excellent communication skills and punctuality
Medical-Surgical nursing experience strongly preferred Why It's a
