Registered Nurse (RN) | Home Health Location: Monroe, NC Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,966 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum of 1 year Home Health experience required License: Driver's License and proof of Insurance Certifications: BLS Must-Have: 1 year Home Health experience required Homecare Homebase experience is required (no exceptions) IV, pleurx, wound vac, wound care, assessment, disease teaching, OASIS experience Case management ability to oversee/manage up to 25-30 patients at once Description: This position requires teammates to complete 6 visits a day. Visits can include routine visits, discharge, ROC, recertification, and reassessment. The average travel mileage is between 60-80 miles a day, and mileage will be reimbursed weekly. Teammates will travel within a specified area that includes various nearby cities. Patients may present with chronic diseases, require wound care, IV treatment, and other specialized care. A team environment is fostered within the department. Support is available from departmental leadership and peers. The scheduling does not require weekend rotation unless the individual is willing to work weekends. Call is not required but may be available for those interested. Travelers are expected to work 75% of holidays. The work environment emphasizes collaboration and support among clinical teams.
