Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: PCU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day and Night shifts available Hours per Shift: 4-5 ; 2-3 ; 2-4:1 ; 5-6:1 Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience preferred License: Valid RN License required Certifications: BLS, ACLS required Must-Have: All RNs must complete BLS and ACLS prior to the end of orientation. Patient ratios in the unit are 2-4:1 for critical care and 5-6:1 for medical-surgical care. Typical procedures performed include IV starts, central venous lines, arterial lines, Foley catheters, EKG monitoring, and wound care. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar care setting and possess strong clinical skills. Candidates should be able to adapt to the demands of a dynamic healthcare environment.
