Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: PACU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 09:00-21:00 Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: RN License Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS Must-Have: - Trauma experience - Pediatric experience - NIH Stroke Scale experience - Advanced skills in ventilator monitoring Description: Join a leading institution recognized for providing high clinical quality. This facility is licensed for 815 beds and has been named among the top hospitals in the nation. The hospital has received multiple awards for patient safety and nursing excellence. It serves as a referral center for trauma, stroke care, and neonatal intensive care. The PACU unit consists of 40 beds, maintaining a patient ratio of 1:2. Unit staffing includes unit secretaries and patient care technicians. The unit is equipped with standard PACU equipment and utilizes an electronic documentation system. Six-week schedules are created in advance, with required on-call shifts. Floating within peri-anesthesia is expected. Candidates should have certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
