Orthopedic Registered Nurse – North Carolina Start Date: November
30, 2025 Location: Asheville, North Carolina Compensation: Details
provided to qualified applicants Schedule: Day or night shift
available; 12-hour shifts with every other weekend requirement
Highlights: Join a 32-bed orthopedic unit in a nationally
recognized, Magnet-designated hospital Patient ratios: 5:1 day
shift (6:1 stretch), 6:1 night shift (7:1 stretch) Work with a
collaborative team including charge RN, staff nurses, LPNs, PCTs,
and unit coordinators Utilize Cerner EMR and modern equipment
including CPM devices, wound vacs, and patient lifting systems
Sign-on or relocation bonus available for qualified candidates Part
of a Level II trauma center and regional referral hospital with
comprehensive specialty services Requirements: Active North
Carolina RN license required Current BLS certification required
Hospital experience preferred Orthopedic nursing experience
strongly preferred Competency in dressing changes, suture/staple
removal, Foley catheter care, NG tubes, and wound vac maintenance
