Registered Nurse (RN) | Operating Room Location: Jefferson, NC Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $2,008 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/9/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Revolution Healthcare Services to find a qualified OR RN in Jefferson, North Carolina, 28640! Job Opportunity – Operating Room Nurse – Jefferson Start Date: March 9, 2026 Location: Jefferson Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM with on-call availability (30-minute callback requirement) Highlights: Diverse case mix including general surgery, orthopedics, gynecology, ophthalmology, and urology procedures Monday through Friday schedule with no weekend requirement and no mandatory floating 1:1 patient ratio in a well-equipped ambulatory OR setting Work with modern technology including Stryker orthopedic equipment, Olympus laparoscopic equipment, and Fuji endoscopy systems Meditech charting system with Omnicell medication management 24-hour orientation with scrubs provided Requirements: Minimum 2 years of Operating Room nursing experience Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required Experience with general OR settings, laparoscopic-assisted cases, colonoscopy, EGD, and orthopedic procedures Proficiency in conscious sedation monitoring, infection control, peripheral IV starts, and PACU recovery Experience with cardiac monitoring, administration of blood products, specimen handling, and radiation safety Knowledge of universal protocol procedures and urinary catheterization NC or Compact license required at time of start Meditech charting experience required Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only) Why It's a Great Opportunity: This position offers an excellent work-life balance with weekday-only shifts and the chance to work with a broad range of surgical specialties in a supportive ambulatory setting.
