Registered Nurse (RN) | Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Location: Charlotte, NC Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $1,765 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/9/2026 About the Position ```htmlJob Opportunity – Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse (NICU) – North Carolina Start Date: March 9, 2026 Location: Charlotte, North Carolina Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 12-hour night shifts (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM), 36 hours per week Highlights: Level III/IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit with diverse patient population including premature infants as early as 22 weeks gestation Patient ratios of 1:2–4, supporting optimal clinical practice and quality care delivery 13-week travel assignment with self-scheduling based on unit needs and 24 hours of comprehensive unit orientation Advanced specialty procedures including therapeutic hypothermia, nitric oxide administration, UAC/UVC placement, and ventilator management State-of-the-art equipment including Servo Vents, HFOV, Tecotherm, and BCPAP systems Epic electronic health record system with supportive interdisciplinary team including respiratory services, pharmacy, and radiology Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in a Level III or Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) – required Active North Carolina or Compact State RN license (must be in hand by start date) Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certifications Demonstrated competency with ventilator management, central line care, and high-acuity neonatal procedures Experience with Epic charting system preferred Willingness to float to Pediatrics, PICU, or nursery units caring for infants up to 12 months of age Availability to work 3 Fridays, 3 Saturdays, and 3 Sundays within each 6-week scheduling period Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only) Why It's a Great Opportunity: This position offers the chance to work with a high-acuity neonatal population in a supportive, resource-rich environment where your specialized skills will make a direct impact on the most vulnerable patients and their families.
