Family Medical Center is a non-profit Federally Qualified Health
Center (FQHC) providing affordable, accessible healthcare and
pharmacy services to patients of all ages with locations in Rock
Hill and Chester. Under the direct supervision of the Medical
Director,primarilyresponsible for ensuring operational efficiency
and delivery of quality clinical services at all sites.Clinical
services include all clinical support services and staff.
EssentialDuties and Responsibilitiesinclude the following.Other
duties may be assigned. Assures that high quality clinical care is
provided across all clinical programs and that clinical
functionsare integrated. Devises strategies and plans for the
clinical department according to company standards for excellent
service and growth. Leads effort to improve quality
clinicaloutcomes and clinic operations. Oversee the functions of
key systems vital tosuccessful clinical operations. Plan, oversee,
and evaluate all patient care or administrative operations and
programs related to clinical services. Monitors and ensures
clinical and operational performance standards aremaintainedacross
all sites. Develops, reviews and updates policies, procedures,
process improvement,trainingand evaluation that help support
efficient clinic workflows, productivity, qualityimprovementand
customer service. Maintains working knowledge of departmental
policies and procedures. Ensures effective implementation and
maintenance of clinical concepts, principles, and processes across
sites. Works withNurseManager tooptimizestaffing,
workflowpoliciesand procedures, asneeded to meet clinical goals.
Facilitates and supports process improvement initiatives that
enhanceteam basedcare, improved clinic Ensures efficient patient
care workflow through a team approach. Participates in quality
improvement, infectioncontroland othervarious departmental
meetings. Participates in outside clinical and administrative
meetings of which theorganization is a member orbenefitthe
sustainment of the organization. Recruitsemployees to ensure
departments are staffed with qualified personnel. Ensures personnel
are provided with clinical training and opportunities for
continuous development. Evaluates performance
anddisciplineemployees when necessary. Provides direct supervision
toNurseManager. Ensurescompliance with legal guidelines, regulatory
requirements, internalpoliciesand quality standards. Serves as
administrative clinical lead in participation with audits and the
development and implementation of corrective action plans. Provides
oversight and leadership for clinical and operational projects.
Creates,analyzesand presents data and reports asrelevant to
clinical operations. Leads clinical support department meetings.
Performs other related duties incidental to the work
describedherein. Supervisor Responsibilities: Responsible for the
direct supervision of Nurse Manger and in-direct supervision of all
clinical support positions. Qualifications: To perform this job

Education/Experience: RN license Mastersdegree in Nursing preferred
At least five (5) years of management experience in a healthcare or
medical setting Knowledge,Skillsand Other Abilities:
