Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
Occupational Therapist (OT) position is available in the Albemarle,
NC area, serving a school setting that includes elementary, middle,
and high school students. This role offers the opportunity to apply
your expertise in pediatric occupational therapy while supporting
students' developmental and educational needs within a contract
position. Key Responsibilities: Deliver direct occupational therapy
services to students across elementary, middle, and high school
levels Assess and develop individualized treatment plans tailored
to students' educational and functional goals Collaborate with
educators, parents, and other school staff to integrate therapy
goals into classroom activities Maintain thorough documentation and
progress reports in compliance with school regulations Participate
in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute
professional recommendations Desired Qualifications: Licensed and
certified Occupational Therapist with appropriate state credentials
Experience working in elementary, middle, and high school
environments preferred Strong understanding of pediatric
occupational therapy principles and school-based practices Ability
to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams Effective
communication skills to interact with students, families, and
