The Drug Screen Technician is responsible for ensuring clients’
drug tests are conducted in a respectful, dignified, and
confidential manner; and the specimens are secured; and
documentation is accomplished on time according to instructions and
HCA standards. Collect and process patient specimens for drug,
alcohol and DNA tests. Collecting urine specimens from donors at
our local collection facility and at customer locations. Treat all
clients in a caring, courteous and professional manner. Observed
and unobserved urine collections required. Adhere to all relevant
state/federal regulations, and company policies & procedures. Stay
current in the drug & alcohol testing industry through ongoing
training. Processing instant tests and/or preparing specimens for
transport to the laboratory for testing via courier service or
overnight delivery. Qualifications: A minimum of a High School
Diploma or equivalent is required for this role. Be Well with HCA:
