Electrophysiology (EP) Lab Technologist experience and RCES or ARRT
certification required. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. An exciting opportunity is
available for an experienced Electrophysiology Technician in
Greensboro, NC. This travel position provides the chance to work in
a high-volume, state-of-the-art EP lab, performing advanced
procedures including ablations, implants, and left atrial appendage
(LAA) closures. The role demands proficiency in arrhythmia
induction, cardioversion, and device programming within a
multidisciplinary team dedicated to exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities: - Perform electrophysiology studies including
arrhythmia induction and conduction studies - Assist with
cardioversion, pacemaker, implantable cardioverter-defibrillator
(ICD), and left atrial appendage device insertions and programming
- Support cardiac ablation and mapping procedures - Maintain strict
adherence to safety and compliance protocols within a high-activity
9-room EP lab - Collaborate effectively with cardiologists, nurses,
and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient
outcomes - Float between lab rooms as needed to meet patient care
demands - Comply with scheduling and attendance policies including
a zero-tolerance stance on tardiness and unexcused absences
Qualifications and Desired Experience: - Minimum of 2 years as an
Electrophysiology Technician - Certifications: BLS, ACLS, ARRT, and
either RCIS or RCES required - Hands-on experience with arrhythmia
induction, cardioversion, AICD and pacemaker insertion/programming,
and tilt table studies essential - Preferred experience in cardiac
ablation, cardiac mapping, and conduction studies - Successful
completion of a Pass/Fail EKG exam (required) Schedule: - Monday
through Friday - Four 10-hour shifts: 7:00 AM 5:30 PM - Flexibility
