Job Description:
Job Description /n - Provide medical care ranging from minor
incidents to acting as a first responder. /n - Support and assist
Safety Managers in coordinating and managing health services. /n -
Maintain workers compensation information for claims, and help
schedule doctor visits and transportation. /n - Coordinate and
perform pre-employment physicals and drug testing (post-offer,
accident, and random). /n - Develop and implement employee health
and wellness programs such as health assessments, immunization
programs, medical care, wellness education, counseling, etc. /n -
Maintain active and positive ongoing relationship with local
occupational health clinic. /n - Manage hearing conservation, heat
stress, respiratory protection and ergonomics programs including
development and delivery of employee training. /n - All other
relevant duties to the job. /n /n - Current Licensed Practical
Nurse (LPN) required OR Certified EMT, Paramedic, etc. /n -
Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN) certification or
willingness to obtain. /n - Prior occupational health experience
within a similar environment preferred. /n - Certified Occupational
Health Nurse (COHN) certification or willingness to obtain. /n -
Ability to ensure confidentiality of employee health information.
/n - Knowledge of OSHA, ADA, FMLA regulations. /n - Excellent
customer service, communication and interpersonal skills. /n
