Job Description:
At HCA Healthcare, we are looking for a dedicated and skilled
Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Free Standing Emergency Room (ER)
team. This position is critical in providing emergency medical care
to patients in a standalone ER setting. Our RNs play a vital role
in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care by
assessing, planning, and implementing the nursing care patients
receive. The candidate will work in a dynamic environment where
they will engage directly with patients, optimize health outcomes,
and represent HCA Healthcare’s mission to care for and improve
human life. Provide direct and individualized nursing care to
patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles.
Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients'
conditions. Interact with various healthcare teams to enhance
patient care. Administer medications and maintain detailed records
of all prescribed treatments. Educate patients about management of
illnesses and health improvement measures. Strong clinical skills
in an emergency care setting Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in high-pressure
situations Proficient in using healthcare software and systems

401k Valid RN license CPR certification Advanced Cardiovascular
Life Support (ACLS) Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) is
preferred
