Compensation & Benefits - $300,000 base salarywith
end-of-yearcollections bonusafter the first contract year - $10,000
relocation bonusif signed beforeDecember 24, 2025 - $3,000 annual
CMEallowance, plus coverage for all licenses and certifications -
Malpractice coverage available - 20 days PTO, plusextended holiday

- One hospital across the street for call coverage - OR time at two
hospitals with access to robotics (mentorship available) - OB/GYN

waitlist - Current team includes a minimally invasive,
board-certified surgeon - Level II NICU hospital nearby (Level III
