high-quality nursing care to patients in various departments as
assigned Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
in collaboration with the healthcare team Administer medications,
monitor patient conditions and document care effectively Support
patient and family with empathy, communicating effectively about
health status and care Maintain flexibility to rotate through
different departments as needed Strong clinical skills in a variety
of health settings Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments Critical thinking
and problem-solving skills Proficiency in electronic health record
systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of
practice Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced
Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
