Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and safety standards. Educate patients and families on treatment plans. Strong clinical skills in emergency care Ability to work under pressure Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in EHRs and medical software Adaptability to dynamic health settings Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid RN license BLS/ACLS certification from the American Heart Association PALS certification is beneficial
