HCA Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) team. As a NICU Nurse at HCA Healthcare, you will provide critical care to premature and severely ill newborn infants, collaborating with a dedicated team to deliver the highest quality medical care. Our NICU settings are equipped with cutting-edge technologies and supported by a network of skilled healthcare professionals, allowing you to work within one of the best systems in the country. Provide direct and specialized nursing care to neonates Collaborate with neonatologists and other healthcare professionals to implement care plans Administer medications and help with procedures as needed Monitor and report on patient status Educate and support families during their NICU journey High competency in neonatal nursing practices Ability to work in a high-stress, fast-paced environment Excellent teamwork and communication skills Proficient in using medical software and patient management systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse license in applicable state NEO-BC or CCRN Neonatal certification preferred
