Job Description:

HCA Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse Coordinator specialized in Pediatric Behavioral Psychology to join our dynamic children's health unit. This pivotal role supports our pediatric psychiatric department, focusing on delivering exceptional care tailored to the unique needs of children facing behavioral and psychological challenges. The coordinator will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and support a team of nursing professionals in a fast-paced environment. By joining our team, you will contribute to HCA Healthcare's mission of improving more lives in more ways. Manage day-to-day operations of the pediatric behavioral health nursing staff. Develop and implement nursing care plans and patient assessments. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care. Monitor patient progress and adapt care plans as necessary. Mentor and train new nurses and support staff. Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and contribute to treatment planning. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Exceptional pediatric psychiatric nursing knowledge. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Competency in handling psychiatric emergencies. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. Certified Pediatric Nurse (CPN) preferred. Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing Certification (PMH-BC) an asset.
