As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will collaborate closely with neurosurgical professionals to manage preoperative and postoperative care, ensuring personalized patient experiences that align with our mission to improve human life. Assess, plan, and implement nursing care for patients in the neurosurgery unit. Collaborate with surgeons and other medical staff to ensure comprehensive patient care. Monitor patient responses to treatment and adjust care plans as necessary. Educate patients and their families on surgical procedures and post-surgery expectations. Maintain accurate patient records and implement best practices in clinical care. Strong clinical skills in a surgical environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently in a high-stress, fast-paced setting Proficiency in using medical software and patient databases Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current RN license BLS/ACLS Certification required Certified Neuroscience Registered Nurse (CNRN) preferred
