Job Description:

HCA Healthcare invites applications for the position of OP Psych Registered Nurse, dedicated to providing comprehensive psychiatric care in an outpatient setting. This role is crucial in implementing patient-centric treatment plans and collaborating with a team of skilled healthcare professionals to support mental health at various HCA Healthcare locations. Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans based on individual needs. Administer medications and monitor their effectiveness. Provide therapeutic care and conduct patient education sessions. Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and other healthcare professionals. Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Strong psychiatric and therapeutic care skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in EMR systems Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license Certification in Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing (PMH-BC) preferred
